6.2 AI Processing Services

 

To provide our press release analysis and headline generation features, we use:
•    Semilattice API (UK-based) – for synthetic population panel analysis
•    Anthropic Claude API (US-based) – for alternative headline generation

 

6.3 Marketing and CRM Tools

 

We may use third-party email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage communications with you. These processors are bound by data processing agreements and are required to protect your data in accordance with UK GDPR.

 

7. International Data Transfers

 

When you use our headline generation features, your press release content may be processed by Anthropic's Claude API, which is based in the United States.
Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and Anthropic's commitment to data protection standards equivalent to UK GDPR requirements.

 

8. Data Retention


We retain your personal data as follows:
Account data: Your email address is retained for the duration of your subscription. When your subscription ends and you delete your account, your data is permanently removed.
Free trial and enquiry data: We retain your business contact information for up to 24 months from the date of your last interaction with us. If you become a customer, your data is retained in accordance with our account data retention policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Press release content: Content you submit is stored until you delete your account. You may also delete individual press releases at any time through your account.
Marketing preferences: Records of your marketing preferences and opt-out requests are retained indefinitely to ensure we respect your choices.
